In the event that any official news source notices their content, specifically images,
featured within the app despite proper image source credits,
we encourage them to reach out to us at admin@skormas.com using their official email account.
Upon receiving such report, we are committed to promptly addressing their concerns by swiftly removing the disputed content from the app.
Moreover, we assure that no copyright strikes or disputes will be initiated against the news source regarding the content in question.
Our aim is to collaborate and rectify any inadvertent use of materials by promptly responding to official communications and ensuring swift and amicable resolution without causing any inconvenience or legal implications for the rightful owners of the content.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we gather and utilise information on the service, including any personal information you provide. You agree to the information practises outlined in that policy, as amended from time to time.
All content displayed through this App is subject to change in price and availability at any time prior to purchase. Subscriptions are charged automatically every billing cycle (weekly, monthly, annually, or any other period), and you may be paid up to 24 hours before the start of each payment period. When you buy a subscription, you'll be charged at the rate that was in effect at the time you agreed to subscribe.

Payments and renewal:
• At the time of purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew.
• Within 24-hours of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal.
• After you make a purchase, you may manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
We retain the right to change this Agreement or its provisions relating to the App and Services at any time, with an updated version of this Agreement becoming effective upon publication on the Website. We'll update the new date at the bottom of this page once we've done so. Your continued use of the App and Services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
You indicate that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree to be governed by this Agreement by accessing and using the App and Services. You are not authorised to access or use the App or Services if you do not agree to adhere by the terms of this Agreement.
